Quality Objectives

  • To comply with ISO 15189:2012 standards at all time
  • To understand the needs and strive to earn confidence of the customer to satisfy the need of customer (patient/doctors).
  • To ensure that tests are always carried–out in accordance with established methods.
  • To establish repeatability and reproducibility of test results by adhering to the minimum possible CV% of the analytes and it should not be more then 10% of define CV of any parameter in any of the month.
  • Continual improvement of performance through review and actions, feedback, updating to latest technology and continuous training of laboratory staff.
  • In order to ensure the quality, laboratory participate in various EQAS on yearly basis with EQAS performance with goal of zero outliers.
  • Laboratory have certain quality indicator to achieve above quality objectives .
  • Monthly evaluation of quality indicator shall be done to see if there is any deviation from quality objectives.
